Foundations in Industry Training (FIT)
The Foundations in Industry Training (FIT) Grant Program supports registered apprenticeship programs to expand apprenticeship opportunities for Pennsylvania employers. Funding helps cover technical instruction that complements on-the-job training, so apprentices build the academic and job-specific skills needed to succeed in their roles.
