Disrupting TCOs through Evidence Reform
This award would support work to improve Honduras’ systems for managing seized criminal evidence in a secure, transparent, and standardized way. The goal is to reduce weaknesses that transnational criminal organizations can exploit to avoid prosecution and continue illicit markets.
