Septic System and Cesspool Upgrade and Replacement Support Statewide
Per Office of the State Comptroller contract reporter exemption request approval letter dated July 31, 2026, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to enter into contract C0000083 with the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation to support septic system and cesspool upgrade and/or replacements projects statewide.
