IOP 1st Floor Lobby Renovations
This project consists of an interior renovation of the 1st-floor lobby. Scope includes selective demolition and reconfiguration of existing spaces, along with new architectural finishes, ceilings, casework, and a redesigned security desk. Work also includes coordination of updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. DPH #1017817
