OJJDP FY 2026 Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program
The Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program (JDTC) provides funds to help states, local courts and governments, and federally recognized Tribal governments start new or improve existing juvenile drug treatment courts. The goal is to improve outcomes for youth who have substance use disorders, including cases with co-occurring mental health disorders.
