FAA Aviation Maintenance Technical Workers Workforce
The FAA is offering FY2026 grants to expand the aviation maintenance technical workforce across the United States and U.S. territories. The program supports activities that help people transition into aviation maintenance careers, including funding for the Willa Brown Aviation Education Program. The grants also reserve 20% of total funding for that education initiative.
