RFQ (LAVC) - Central Plant Improvement & Hydronic Line Replacement
This RFQ solicits contractors to improve a campus Central Utility Plant by increasing cooling capacity and upgrading equipment and life-safety/code compliance systems. It also calls for replacing chilled and hot water distribution piping (including work in underground tunnels) with temporary bypass systems to reduce downtime, plus minor tunnel repairs and LED lighting upgrades.
