Random Moment Sampling
Florida’s Child Support Program seeks proposals to host a web-based SaaS tool that implements Random Moment Sampling (RMS). The system will be used to measure the percentage of time staff spend on specific Title IV-D program activities. The contract is for 66 months, with five 1-year optional renewals.
