Grant Process for Capital Projects/Operating Expenses in Support of the Opioid Use Settlement
The use of Opioid Settlement funds is restricted to programs that support the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and any co-occurring Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health (SUD/MH) conditions through evidence-based or evidence-informed programs or strategies. Funds requested must be for one-time (non-recurring) expenditures for shovel-ready capital projects.
