Fiscal Year 2026 United States Marine Highway Program (USMHP)
The United States Marine Highway Program (USMHP) provides U.S. DOT grants to help implement projects that shift freight from congested land routes to designated marine transportation routes. Funding targets efforts that reduce or relieve landside congestion and expand marine highway transportation, including increasing shipper use of marine services.
