This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services from a contract between the successful bidder and the State of Maryland: Maryland Sales and Use Tax Forms 202 & 202F and Sales and Use Tax Coupon Books, which include Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual forms to be processed, imaged and mailed by the awarded contractor.
