Public Health Crisis Response Cooperative Agreement
CDC will maintain a roster of pre-approved, unfunded applicants that can be rapidly funded during major public health emergencies when existing local resources are overwhelmed. Applicants are reviewed and, if approved, placed on an “approved but unfunded” list; when a crisis is declared or imminent, CDC may issue emergency-specific funding guidance and make awards contingent on appropriations.…
