Cooperative Agreement for affiliated Partner with the Gulf Coast Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is funding a CESU partner project focused on building remote sensing algorithms and validating remote sensing data products. The goal is to improve monitoring of phytoplankton communities in the Barataria estuary, key components of aquatic food webs. This work supports evidence-based ecosystem monitoring and restoration priorities.
