Fund development of a low-cost, Group 3 or smaller sUAS that supports modular, easily swappable payloads and ground-launch capability to enable agile electronic-warfare swarm operations. The solution can be a modified existing platform or a newly designed vehicle intended as a standalone, integratable host for various EW payloads.
