BJA FY25 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP)
This DOJ/BJA NOFO requests applications from eligible states and local governments for reimbursement payments under the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program. Funding is for certain costs incurred from incarcerating undocumented criminal aliens during July 1, 2023–June 30, 2024. Applicants must report eligible expenses for that period to receive payments.
