This program funds long-term academic training to address workforce shortages in vocational rehabilitation for specialized needs. At least 65% of grant funds must be awarded as scholarships to trainees (RSA scholars). ALN 84.129P specifically targets training focused on serving individuals who are blind or have low vision.
