Eligibility

Eligible applicants must be a statewide organization that meets all of the following requirements: (1) Possesses five or more consecutive years of experience carrying out substance abuse education and demand reduction or substance abuse treatment programs; (2) Maintains a drug-free workplace policy; (3) Has as its purpose the reduction of substance abuse.
