Impeding Chinese Communist Party Domination in AF Critical Minerals

The grant opportunity focuses on analyzing and understanding China's mining activities and supply chains, particularly their uses that could pose risks for dual-use or proliferation. The project also seeks to suggest strategies for the U.S. government to limit China's control over critical minerals and improve access to these resources for American companies.

This project aims to map China's mining and supply chains, revealing their scope, dual-use applications, and proliferation risks. It will also identify actions the U.S. government can take to curb China's exploitation of critical minerals while enhancing access for U.S. businesses.
