This is a statewide Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Board of Parole Hearings (BPH), with Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) or ¿Real-Time Captioning¿ for Deaf or hearing-impaired incarcerated persons (IPs) to allow them to view captions instantly.
