Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Environmental (Home) Modifications,
The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking qualified construction contractors to provide environmental modifications in consumers’ homes. These modifications are designed to support health, welfare, safety, and greater independence for adults and people with disabilities. Participation is through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for contractors.
