Cross-Division Research
The Science Mission Directorate (SMD) offers programs that support research across multiple science areas. These programs are detailed in Appendix F of the ROSES NASA Research Announcement (NRA). Initially, there are eight programs available, but they do not typically involve issuing contracts for submitted proposals, as the work solicited is not suited for contract-based funding.
