2026 Lead Service Line Replacement Program
The City of Wheaton (“City”) is seeking a contractor to perform public-side lead service line replacements (LSLRs). The goal of the LSLR program is to be compliant with the Lead Service Line Replacement and Notification Act that was signed into law in 2021.
