The project involves removal and replacement of the Sand Canyon Dam asphalt concrete (AC) liner repair. Project includes clearing and grubbing, surface preparation, removal of portions of the existing damaged AC liner, rubberized crack-fill installation, compaction of subgrade materials, and installation of a section of new AC liner on the upstream face of the dam.
