Executive Leadership Training for New Wardens
NIC offers a 36-hour, instructor-led leadership training program for newly appointed wardens with less than two years of experience. The curriculum covers key management skills such as institutional culture, fiscal and HR decision-making, media relations, action planning, and self-care. Participants also have opportunities to network with peers from across the country.
