Administration Building Escalator Removal
Montgomery County, Ohio is seeking bids to remove two multi-floor escalators in its Administration Building and replace them with ornamental stairs. The scope also includes upgrades to the Plaza, Mezzanine, and lower-level lobbies, such as new finishes (flooring, wallcoverings, ceilings), lighting, and HVAC improvements. Bid submissions are due by 1:30 pm on September 2, 2026.
