Improving Adolescent Health and Well-Being Through School-Based Surveillance
This NOFO funds states, territories, and tribal nations to collect and use school-based health surveillance data to improve adolescent well-being. Using Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS) and School Health Profiles, grantees will assess needs, track trends in youth behaviors and experiences, and evaluate the impact of programs and policies over time.
