Limited Competition: National Biocontainment Laboratories (NBLs) Operations Support (UC7 Clinical Trials Not Allowed)
NIH/NIAID will fund continued operations support for the National Biocontainment Laboratories at UTMB (Galveston) and Boston University. Funding covers facility maintenance, biosecurity, biosafety, regulatory compliance, and specialized services to sustain BSL-4 research capacity and emergency response; no clinical trials are allowed. This limited competition is open only to these two NBLs.
