RFP - PW - Minneapolis Citywide Traffic Signal Ret
It is the intention of the City to solicit proposals for engineering services for the Minneapolis Citywide Traffic Signal Retiming project. This includes preparation of review and analysis of existing conditions, development of a series of optimized traffic signal timing plans, timing plan implementation, and documentation of final plans and recommendations.
