The program funds nonprofit, nongovernmental Tribal coalitions addressing domestic violence and sexual assault. Only eligible coalitions invited by OVW may apply. All recognized coalitions receive equal base funding, with extra funds for sexual assault-focused activities for sexual assault or dual coalitions.
