The ASES program funds locally driven expanded-learning and after-school programs that provide academic and literacy support and safe, constructive activities for students in kindergarten through ninth grade. This Round 2 Request for Applications for 2025–26 aims to maintain existing before-and-after-school funding and invite elementary and middle schools across California to apply.
