U.S. Higher Education Institutions (public or private) that hold an eligible active NIH parent award
U.S. Nonprofit Organizations (with or without 501(c)(3) status) that hold an eligible active NIH parent award
U.S. For-Profit Organizations, including Small Businesses (e.g., holders of SBIR/STTR parent awards R43/R44 and R41/R42) that hold an eligible active NIH parent award
U.S. State, County, City, or Township Governments that hold an eligible active NIH parent award
U.S. Tribal Governments and Tribal Organizations that hold an eligible active NIH parent award
Other eligible U.S. domestic institutions/organizations under NIH policy that hold an eligible active NIH parent award
