Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellowship Program FY2026
USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service will fund U.S. state cooperative institutions and eligible colleges/universities to build applied research, extension, and education collaborations with international partners in selected emerging market economies. The program focuses on strengthening agricultural science and partnerships that can expand trade and agricultural markets abroad.
