Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title II and Welfare Education Program Funding WIOA RFP (2027-2032)
The Jackson County Port Authority is accepting sealed bids to rehab two at-grade railroad crossings north of the “B” warehouses at the Port of Pascagoula (East and West). Work includes replacing subgrade and sub ballast, ties, OTM, rail bolts, asphalt, and related improvements for each ~90-foot crossing. Bids are due September 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
