Expanding Strategies for Community Evidence-Based Falls Prevention Programming
This opportunity supports cooperative agreements to expand community programs that prevent falls for older adults and adults with disabilities. Funded initiatives must strengthen partnerships, implement and disseminate evidence-based falls prevention strategies, and produce learning resources. Projects will also design an evaluation to measure how activities reduce falls and/or fall risk.
