Cleaner for the Time Domain Reflectometer Tank Level Indicator
The opportunity supports developing an in-place cleaning technology to remove or potentially reverse fouling on Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) tank level indicators used in DDG 51 class ship fuel tanks. The cleaner must operate while tanks are fully compensated, without needing to depressurize, defuel, or dewater, enabling maintenance without taking tanks out of service.
