OVC FY25 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Compensation Formula Grant
This program offers financial support to help crime victims cover costs related to their victimization. States can use these funds to provide compensation to eligible victims. Each year, an eligible state will receive a grant covering 75% of what it spent on victim compensation (excluding property damage) two years prior.
