The Jackson County Port Authority is re-bidding a project to rehabilitate two at-grade railroad crossings north of the “B” warehouses at the Port of Pascagoula in Mississippi. Work includes replacing subgrade and sub-ballast, ties, OTM, rail bolts, asphalt, and related improvements for each ~90-foot crossing. Sealed bids are due September 16, 2026 by 2:00 PM local time.
