Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title II and Welfare Education Program Funding WIOA RFP (2027-2032)
The Jackson County Port Authority is soliciting sealed bids to rehab two at-grade railroad crossings near the Port of Pascagoula, each about 90 linear feet, north of the “B” warehouses. The work includes replacing subgrade and sub-ballast, ties, OTM components, rail bolts, asphalt, and related improvements. Bids are due September 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
