San Rafael: Improve safety and traffic signals at the 2nd St & 4th St intersection and extend a bikeway
The City of San Rafael plans to reconfigure the non-standard intersection of 2nd Street and 4th Street (including Marquard Avenue and West End Avenue) to improve pedestrian access and safety. The project will upgrade and improve traffic signals and extend the Cross Marin Bikeway in the westerly gateway area. The work focuses on safer crossings at a key arterial/minor arterial junction.
