Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title II and Welfare Education Program Funding WIOA RFP (2027-2032)
The Jackson County Port Authority is soliciting sealed bids to rehabilitate two at-grade railroad crossings north of the “B” warehouses at the Port of Pascagoula in Mississippi. The work includes replacing subgrade and sub-ballast, ties and rail components, OTM, and related asphalt and improvements. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on September 16, 2026.
