NSJ Seely Well - Drilling and Construction
The City of San José is soliciting proposals to drill and construct the NSJ Seely Well, a new municipal groundwater well for the North San José/Alviso service area. The project includes drilling to roughly 650 feet below ground and installing casing, screens, and related well components. Proposals are due September 17, 2026.
