Sam Rankin Street Reconstruction
This project funds reconstruction of Sam Rankin Roadway from Port Avenue to IH-37, including full-depth road work. It also covers new curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, plus replacement and upgrades to city utilities and stormwater infrastructure.
