Develop and demonstrate a compact, battery-operated mid-wave infrared (MWIR) hyperspectral video camera built on a photonic chip (photonic-crystal enabled) that delivers high-definition, real-time imaging. The camera must be suitable for integration into small, mobile, network-enabled sensor platforms for field use.
