Monolithic Graphene–CMOS Broadband (UV-LWIR) Focal Plane Arrays for target detection in low-light conditions
The opportunity supports development of a monolithically integrated graphene-on-CMOS image sensor that can image from ultraviolet through long-wave infrared (300 nm–10,000 nm). The goal is a wafer-scale, compact, low-power, uncooled focal plane array for target detection in low-light conditions, with fabrication and demonstration required.
