Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant (PHHS)

The PHHS Block Grant Program provides funding to support preventive health and health services based on each recipient’s local public health needs. Recipients set their own goals and program objectives and are expected to use evidence-based, innovative, community-driven approaches. Funding is meant to address priorities tailored to the communities served.
