R21 Exploratory Funding for Early Methods to Target Undruggable Proteins (Clinical Trials Not Allowed)

This NOFO funds early-stage, exploratory research aimed at developing selective methods or agents for “undruggable” target classes in human diseases that are hard to treat. Applicants must choose a disease-relevant undruggable target class and propose a strategy to modulate one or more targets within it. Clinical trials are not allowed under this opportunity.
