We're a global crew, thriving remotely and embracing diversity—united by big ideas and a friendly rivalry to see which team wins: dog lovers or cat fans.
Our journey started with a shared dream: To help people working on the world's most impactful problems find funding for their business. But we're builders as well and the time we spend fundraising means time away from focusing on our mission.
We realized we weren't alone in this struggle. Too many innovators with incredible, world-changing ideas face the same uphill battle — investing time and energy in fundraising instead of building the very solutions that could make a difference. That's when it hit us: Why focus on just one project when we could help so many?
At Scout, we're not just finding funding; we're amplifying impact. We believe in the power of great ideas and the incredible companies behind them. Every time we meet a visionary entrepreneur, our passion grows, and we see their dreams as our own. Our mission is simple: to be the driving force that helps companies to unlock the capital and governments to partner with them in what they need to scale their solutions sustainably.
Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change, one funded idea at a time.

We embrace the passion for helping innovators, the drive for meaningful impact, and the collaborative spirit.
